The one big disappointment with this facility is there was not any help for Hurricane Harvey victims. This area was hit really hard, even our President was here estimating the damage. This place was closed for a week and yet has not assisted in helping tenants with paying for their unit's..instead people like myself are losing units to non payments because we have to pay in full at one time.. whatever I had left to my name was here in 2units and I have lost one unit to their auction already.. I've reached out to the manager and even corporate, meanwhile nothing is being done to help tenants. I have late fees of 400 to pay at once and it's hard when being displaced two hours away and you can only deal with them in person. Very disappointed in this place.

Disliked how they handled the situation after the flood. Make you have insurance but tell you, oh you didn't have flood insurance. Ms. Thelma was sweet but they flood just messed us all of i guess.

This place is small but your belongings are safe and thats what matters to me. Ive had bad experiences with other places and their rodents.

we had a unit for 18 months,no mold did not see any critters or anything, no damage from critters
everything was good as new,no safety issues,great rates,on site manager/staff is wonderful
