Very kind, professional and helpful. I got my beautiful wedding dress from Chantilly Lace Bridals on time, without any issues. They were open to answer any questions, any time I stopped by their salon or called or even messaged on FB. The dress fits me perfectly, and they were great in consulting about the details of the dress that I was going to choose, like silhouette and the color. Very happy overall. Thank you!

Great selection and very professional service. We had to bring a dress there from another shop that did not do a good job on alterations, and they fixed everything! We then had them do all of our alterations. It was on time, and they were great to work with! Highly recommend!

This store is amazing. The consultant showed us around the store. They even have children books etc. To keep little ones entertained. The consultant even played with Olivia so we could all help Fran. I can't thank you enough for making my daughter feel special.

Alterations were not done correctly and looked sloppy and rushed.

Ruined the too expensive dress for prom had to have it redone 4 times then had picks and water spots on it. Did nothing to make the experience better. Had to take it although messed up because there wasn't enough to do anything to fix it. Should have let us pick out another dress. I will never buy from them again. Did not satisfy customer at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
