These people at the Eastwood Towne Center location really need to work on their customer service.  I’ve stood at the counter on several occasions only to be ignored by up to 4 cafe workers.  If it’s after 7pm on any given evening, they are in such a hurry to get their dishes done they practically come and take your glass while you are drinking from it.  I must admit, I’ve never understood the pretentious attitude that some of these people project.  Bookstore items are overpriced, and obviously there are better deals to be had online.  Is the best course of action for this business to lose focus on good customer service, in a time when brick and mortar bookstores are rapidly becoming extinct?  Luckily, service at the Okemos location a few short miles away is much better, and the staff more engaging and less pretentious.

Worst $15 I have ever spent. Mid-day, dirty tables, staff that does not care and most of all food that is not worth $5, especially not $15. Business is slow here for a reason...do not bother.

The drink was alright, but the staff was very haughty. I don't think I will be back.
