The kindness, patience, care and consideration coming from those with whom we worked during the brief, but so important time, allowed us to feel a sense of confidence along with relief. We knew that our mom was in good hands. Our requests were pleasantly met - our needs were thoughtfully accommodated. Thank you for all of the above, as these things are necessary during such an emotional experience. The entire facility is impressive.
