What an amazing place!  And the staff rivals the buildings for excellence.  

I have been coming to the Chapel of the Chimes since I was just a small child.  It was always our favorite hangout to explore without those pesky adults hanging around - we made the place our playground and knew every nook and cranny (probably to the dismay of some adults who were just trying to have a quiet moment!).  It holds such a special place in my heart, not only from those childhood memories, but from recent experiences as well.

A few months ago, I decided that the time had come to make arrangements for my own "after-life" experience.  My mother, as well as many other relatives, had already been interred at the Chapel.  I was lucky to be directed to Ian Ho, who handled everything with professionalism.  He was also very patient as I went through the process of making various decisions, not the least of which was where my remains would be placed.  In the end, I not only decided that the Fountain of Integrity was the place for me, but also decided to remove my mother's urn from the chapel she was in and place it in the same niche that I will eventually occupy.  We also went through the procedure of having my mother's urn re-engraved so that my father's name and dates are also inscribed there (his ashes were scattered elsewhere, per his wishes).

Ian made everything easy for me and I cannot thank him enough.  When the time came for placement of my mother's/father's urn, both he and Matthew were so thoughtful and helpful.

I look forward to visiting the Chapel of the Chimes many times in the future!

What an escape this is! So silent, and endless spaces to wander through. There are sun rooms, water fountains, beautiful plants. This is a very, very special place for those who don't mind kicking it with the deceased.

You can really get lost here among the indoor gardens and fountains.
