the water is hush hush undrinkable . Terry the maintainer man won't even drink it. and the mash pits for the water run off are maskito infested breeding ground. centipeeds are infested all summer long. the grounds crew is a joke and snow removal consists of a snowblower and one shovler. not to mention if your a guest and park it cost you $200 because it will be towed..... f... this place.

Chapel Ridge Apts are nice apartments.  The maintenance man Terry is always helpful.

this place is a joke the management is two faced and does not care about anything but money the aptments are horrible and dont ask to have things fixed cause it will take a long time sure will be nice to ur face then evict u at a drop of a hat the so called good tenants will do nothing but stay in your business and moniter who what and what time u have company come home laugh do laundry clean cook make love n god forbid u make a noise past 10:30 pm cause they will call the police on u and say there having a loud party and its just u and ur lady friend stay away may be affordable but not liveable.
