Ralph Chapman represented me in a wrongful death case regarding the death of my late husband against a hospital and doctors. I am a lawyer and I was a very difficult client but Ralph managed to keep me calm and assured throughout the process . He is more than competent, he is passionate and he cares about his clients. When the Defense named over a dozen experts to tee up against our 2 experts I went ballistic. Ralph stayed calm and just said let's start taking their depositions. My case was very difficult but we prevailed despite all odds as a result of Ralph Chapman. Thanks again, Ralph!!

CHAPMAN LEWIS AND SWAN HAVE ADVISED ME AND REPRESENTED ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS OVER A PERIOD OF 20 YEARS. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR REPRESENTATION. i SAW RALPH IN A COURTROOM SETTING IN CLEVELAND MISS REPRESENTING ANOTHER CLIENT IT WAS A PRODUCT LIABILITY CASE WHICH IS ONE OF HIS SPECIALTIES. THE COURTROOM WAS FILLED WITH OPPOSING ATTORNEYS FOR THE PLAINTIFF. i MENTION TO RALPH THAT HE LOOKED OUT NUMBERED. HE CALMLY REPLIED THAT HE HAD THE UPPER HAND. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE 30 TO 2 THEY COULDN'T SPEAK BUT ONE AT A TIME AND HE WAS RIGHTLY CONFIDENT THAT HE WAS BETTER THAN ANY ONE OF THEM. I DON'T WANT TO BE IN A FIGHT WITH THE SMALLER GUN, AND THIS FIRM NEVER GOES IN WITH A DISADVANTAGE. " BIG GUNS"

I had the pleasure of working with Dan Czmanski and his wonderful assistant Debbie Christmas. Both of whom were so kind, patient, and thorough that it made one of the most difficult situations much easier. I would definitely recommend this firm for all your legal needs!!!
