I enjoyed the small town friendly service atmosphere. The only issue we experienced was that the windshield was cracked in multiple places and according to Safelite glass, who they contracted to replace it, they did not contact them and hand in the order until days later and after we pushed. That was somewhat frustrating. On a good note, the windshield is being replaced today, one week later. Except for the windshield, the used vehicle was in very good used condition and fairly valued. 

John ,the sales person, went out of his way to give us a good experience. The rest of the staff also went out of it's way to be kind and helpful. I would recommend Chapman to any friend. And see John as he does care and gave a 100% effort in making it a good experience at a small town dealership. 

And last, it is a good feeling to support a local business rather than hand it over to the valley.

Chapman tried to make a lemon we had bought road worthy but were unable to do so except at great cost so instead they were able to help us trade the vehicle in a get us a nice family car that we finally don't have to worry about hopefully. We appreciate the care and concern shown by staff members and for making our first car purchase as easy as possible and working with us every step of the way.

Extremely unhelpful, I wanted to finance a vehicle and being that I'm young and have no credit it makes it damn near impossible for me and my girlfriend to get a car. We have full time steady jobs, our own place, and it's winter. I need a vehicle

Amazing fast service! Even went out of their way to help me get the stuff I needed and the work done in one day. Fixed recalls I didn't even know about. Stressed about getting it all done. Wish now I went sooner. Will return. Money well spent!

This is the most helpful, fair, courteous group of people we have ever dealt with. They went out of their way to make us (& our dog, Molly) comfortable. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.
