service was prompt and very thorough.  djw was very personable and explained every thing he serviced.  Chappell Central has serviced our units for the last 25 years and we have always been 100% satisfied with the work they have done.

We had a new ductless a/c system put in yesterday and works great. Our service man was Brad and he was top notch. Very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thanks again to Chappell central and Brad we appreciate the good work.

We had excellent service with Chappell.  From the first service call, to multiple quotes, to the final installation, they did great.  Nick was very personable and did a good job installing our unit and was responsive with the follow up questions.  He was also very patient with my kids asking a thousand questions!

We had our HVAC cleaned and it was done very well! We are very pleased with our cleaning job and very pleased with the way the employee handled himself and the way he cleaned. We are sure he did a thorough job as well as being very polite and neat. Strongly recommend.

Brad and Jeff were very professional and friendly.   They replaced our 1974 air conditioner and 1990's furnace in 1 day and no mess or garbage was left behind.  Everything was clean, well documented and explained to us.   Very impressed and we are so glad we choose Chappell Central.  Thank you for all your help.
