Chapple Electric is a great company to work with! Their prices are fair and their response time is great! They can handle your project big or small. They really want to help their customers.

Called asked if they give free quotes. The gentleman on the phone asked what I needed done and quoted me over the phone. I tried to schedule an appointment but the boss was driving, said he would call me back when he got back to the office. I waited, he never called me back, I called him back the next day! Finally scheduled an appt to do the work, Tech shows up and says this is going to cost you WAY more then what you were quoted! He says OVER $500 more than original quote but said it is not an "offical quote" and their boss would call me back later with an exact quote and to reschedule the appt. I never heard back from them! Do not recommend this company!

Superior customer service!! On time and very professional, high quality workmanship for everything I had ask them to do.  I would recommend Chapple Electric for anything.

Wonderful experience with this company. Highly recommend for any electric needs!! The workers that I had contact with were experienced and very professional.  Management was very effiecient, friendly and helpful. Thanks again!!
