Anytime I've been up here, which has been a lot of times for small claims issues, I've always had a very pleasant experience with the ladies at the service desks. It sucks having to pay a ticket, but be nice to them, they don't want you having to pay it either, but rules are rules, even if cops generally suck when they are on their best behavior. But in that regard, the cops at the front security here and at the civil court are well mannered and polite. And with the exception of much of Cleveland police and officer Boyle in Bainbridge township, everyone out here in the Geauga regions are well mannered and do deserve respect.

So remember, suck up those tears, swallow that pride of yours, leave your sob story at home, and be on your best behavior. With any luck, the staff won't remember you by name. But if they do, try to leave a good impression. They are good people.

Oh my goodness what a aweful system. Condecending and rude. As if we all are not just trying to get through life. Somebodys gotta make money right? Screw other peoples sense of self love as long as governement fat cats pockets are will lined......waste of time.

Chardon Court had very nice and the clerk's were very friendly and the judge was nice to

It's a court house. The office girls are usually nice enough and the judge is fair. But I have to say I hate having to go up there. EVER.
