Best flower shop around York Pa...Excellent customer service and selection

My boyfriend sends me flowers from another local shop monthly, but on Valentine's Day he chose this place because they ensured delivery by a certain time. Let's start there. I was sick and didn't go to work. He called them 2 days prior to change the address just for them to still deliver to the wrong place. There was no protective plastic covering so it was exposed as it sat at the wrong place. When we got it the attached balloon that was supposed to sing a song did not. By that night when we finally got it the roses they began blooming. The next day all the roses were bloomed and some began dropping. We will never order arrangements from here again. To be fair we received a new balloon the next day and were reimbursed delivery charge. Nonetheless the flower quality was not satisfactory.
