Very nice staff. Dr Zhou is awesome. Quick. No long wait times. Helpful. Found out today 6/22/17 Dr Zhou is no longer there! I'm sad. Great doctor. Handsome guy.  Good luck in your future endeavors. You will be missed! !😥

I'm not felt comfortable with the attitude of front desk.
I had an appointment on Saturday for Blood test and Vaccination,but from clinic they called me and ask do you fasting I said no, it's fasting blood test and you have to do fasting, I said ok I will do the fasting and come on Monday. Even it's very difficult to understand from the lady what she's speaking.
After fasting I went today morning 10 am to the clinic for Hepatitis Vaccination and blood test but from the receptionist (senior receptionist to to the colleague) told me only appointment we can do so. 

I'm an customer of you from the beginning of this clinic when it's started. 
The staff informed me to inform others so they will aware about the clinic and I do so

I brought my whole family members to the clinic to give you good business.

When I was there today 10am the reception lounge was only one person was sitting 
if you will keep such a people as a staff you are going to lose the business. They even don't know how to greet the people 

I'm also planning to change my all family members clinic from your side.

ive been attending this facility for a few months. The staff is very nice, from the front desk, to the nurses and doctors. All doctor visits are thorough and I never feel rushed. I came with my two young children, one had to use the bathroom and the doctor even offered to watch the little one so I wouldn't have to take her with me. The offices are very clean and I've never waited more than 10 minutes.
