According to the Principal, "Welcome to Dr. Charles Barnum Elementary School.  Our school serves approximately 425 students from Pre-School through Grade 5, many of whom are U.S. military dependents.  The primary goal at Dr. Charles Barnum is to increase student achievement while providing a warm, nurturing environment where learning is challenging and students are motivated to learn.  We also promote a positive school climate through a variety of student-centered character building activities."
