I was taken care of, and they were very thorough with me. I seen Shawn, and he took the time to talk with me about everything I needed to discuss. I was very surprised by their effectiveness to get to the bottom of the problem. I would say I had a top rate experience compared to other doctors office. Thank you for being a top notch experience, and a excellent doctors office.

My wife made an appointment for our son.  Upon arrival they asked for updated insurance information.  They told her they did not take our insurance.  She said ok but you are listed as a provider by our insurer.  Not a big deal but then they 
REFUSED to accept any other form of payment to have our son seen.  They claimed it would be insurance fraud!!

I called them right away and said that my wife must be mistaken.  You are refusing to see my son??  You will not accept cash, credit, or our insurance??  They said yes.  I was stunned.  Not only was it the dumbest policy that I have ever heard, but they were not polite or courteous to my wife or son.  They refused to give me any last names or explain the insanity of this policy.

Dr. Boseman delivered my son and we have been going to him for over 10 years.  

THIS WILL BE OUR LAST VISIT.
