Easily my favorite car wash. Went to a few others when I missed their hours, or just got lazy and went to a closer wash. 
Great customer service. If they think your vehicle can be cleaner they'll run it through again. 
With 2 small destructive kids the back of the SUV gets pretty crummy, they clean the chocolate and milk better than I always expect.

I've paid over $130 for detailing, that left my car smelling like a mop bucket, don't confuse "the works" for detailing. It's worth getting every so often for that extra layer of shine.

Been a few years since going to Charles & George's since we moved from OP. I was in the area on Aug 26th and thought I would pop in to have our car cleaned...Well stupid me left the auto wipers on and the lady who drove my car in didn't either...well as you can watch it going down the line, it made it almost to the end before one was ripped off :/

The management handled it extremely well. Reimbursed me for the replacement wiper purchase (Not cheap on a Mercedes) and washed my truck for free for the hassle. What great service! Next time I'm in OP, I'll definitely be coming back!

This is the second bad experience I have had with this car wash. When I pay $40 for the works package (highest priced package they offer btw), I expect my car to be detailed thoroughly. I just bought this car 3 weeks ago. How dirty can it get in less than a month? My floor boards were not vacuumed very well. I have cat hair mixed into the armor all on my dash. The armor all on my dash is heavy in spots and barely there in others. I pay to have this done so I don't have to bust my hump doing it. Previously I had an incident where the base of my antenna was broken off in the car wash. The owner tried to tell me it was because my car was so old and after much debate, he begrudgingly told me to get an estimate for repair and submit it to him. I never did because all I had wanted was for him to admit responsibility and perhaps fix the problem with his equipment and/or staff (Not to pay for it). I took care of it myself and swore I would never go back. 9 months later I told myself that perhaps things have changed there and I would give them another chance to redeem themselves. Clearly an error in judgement on my part has occurred. I am submitting pictures so that people can understand that I am not making this up. Note the date and time of the receipt and this posting. I was just there less than an hour ago and you can clearly see that the area between my drivers seat and door were not even vacuumed at all, not to mention the areas around the corners etc. This is a non smoking car and I take pride in its' newness and appearance. Based on my previous experience with the owner and his attitude, I chose to not even bother talking to him about this. This time my vow of never returning shall stay true. If you want half-assed, feel free to try them for yourself. Me personally, I shall find a new place to care for my prized possession!
