Dr. Waisbren has been in private practice in Milwaukee since 1983. He received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is on staff at St. Luke’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital and St. Francis Hospital. Dr. Waisbren is the author of “The Family First Aide Handbook” (Grosset and Dunlap) and “The Burn Prevention Manual” (St. Mary’s Hospital). Special medical interests include preventive health maintenance and control of diabetes. Non-medical interests include the art work produced by the Works Projects Administration, state league tennis and 15 years coaching boys AAU basketball. He has been married to his wife, Laura, for 31 years and has three grown children.
