I totally disagree with the previous review.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this Schwab branch.
The brokers and their assistants have gone out of their way to help 
and make sure that I understood exactly what had transpired. 
They have been extremely helpful and always pleasant. I can't 
image who you were talking with on the phone but I have certainly 
never encountered them.
