Been trying to meet with a rep for 1 1/2 weeks. Even called the branch manager. No follow up. They do not care about their clients.

Love banking with Charles Schwan for a few years now. No charges on ATM & most esp. With traveling out if the country, there are no finance charges when you use their card.
