I have been seen several times at this office. Always a great experience.

The staff are all super friendly and professional. The office's and patient room's are very clean and well-maintained. The waiting room has comfortable seating, is very clean, and has never been crowded during any visit that I have had - which shows that they do not over schedule patients causing extended wait times. The dentist assured that I was adequately numbed before starting my procedure and would not begin until I was numbed completely. She thoroughly explained each step to me and answered all of my questions honestly and without hesitation. She even sang along with the radio while doing my procedure. Hahaha! 😁I am very pleased. I highly recommend Charleston Dental Associates! They're incredible and have accomplished making a trip to the dentist super fun.

Took my 3 year old here today &' he had the best experience!! Everyone was nice and friendly! He can't wait to come back. This is a HUGE deal for us because he was so scared at his last dentist!!! So glad we made the switch to come here!

Very friendly employees and nice and cool environment.  The dental hygienist, Bridgette, is very pleasant and helpful. The dental work itself is very costly and not the sturdiest or most reliable. Four fillings on same tooth within 7 months, gets a little old. Ecspecially when they fall out while simply sitting still.
 It's a little more irritating when they complain about warranting their own work. Warrantees and guarantees hold people responsible and doctors and dentist should not be exempt from them, just as other people and businesses arent. They should not feel entitled and the need to charge you for their lack of quality.
  Dr. Grazianni, left their and went elsewhere in the state. He is a pleasant somebody that may be a good prospect if you're looking for a good dentist with a respectful and caring attitude

Another great experience today at this dental office. This is definitely the best dental office I have ever been associated with. Awesome dental care featuring an even more awesome staff. Whole experience (multiple times over the last few months) has been pleasurable. I finally have lost the anxiety caused by knowing I have a dentist appointment coming up. Thank you all for your hospitality.
