This is the best Charleys so far that I’ve been to! The staff are all very helpful and the manager George is very accommodating. The sandwich was very good and the fries were fresh and crispy.

I don’t even wanna think about the money the store must’ve lost over the holiday! You would think that would be of concern. But what else is new? It’s rarely open anyway. It is also nine times out of 10 ridiculously understaffed, and the wait time after ordering is ridiculous. I have coupons I can never redeem, because the store is rarely open. I don’t know why you don’t just go ahead and close it. I have to go too far to get there, only to have my time wasted. I see where you apologize on the regular on these reviews, but nobody wants an apology. They want you to fix it or close.  I am sitting here as we speak, waiting to see if the store is gonna open at 11, or for that matter, at all. I can almost bet that it will not.

I am an employee at North County. On my lunch break I go to food court to grab food. This Charley Philly Steakhouse has suck a slow service you won’t believe it. It takes the only 2 employees that works there at least 20 minutes to make my order. This time i decided to order online to save time but I wish i didn’t. I ordered at 3:48pm and at checkout it said it would take 6 minutes and be ready at 3:52pm. They didn’t hand me my order until 4:11pm.  I will never be eating here again.

Would have been greet if they were open and didn't close permanently.....without putting a sign up. Even their Google hours show still open hahahahaFood: 1/5

I think this place is closed? Wasn't open Friday evening at 5:52pm. No signs explaining anything.

One person taking orders AND making the food doesn’t make sense at this place. Been here about 4 times and everytime has been fine except today. Whoever was working there today had an attitude and I don’t blame em for having to do both those things while customers are waiting on them on both sides.

A disappointing visit this time around. Our French fries were soggy and extremely under cooked. They were out of lettuce so the sandwiches also were not what we have come to expect from this location. Hopefully next time will be back to how we remember.

I love the subs here and have always had good experiences except for to tonight. We Went to get food the last hour and I must say, the cashier a young lady was very rude. We could barely hear her & you could tell she didn’t want to be there. The whole time she gave my bf and I short answers and dirty looks and she never asked if we wanted fries and a drink with our order. Maybe she was new? However that doesn’t excuse the fact she was not polite and we couldn’t hear her, at all! I don’t expect anyone to treat me like royalty but working at a restaurant or anywhere in customer service I believe you need to have a good attitude and at least look like you like your job.

Charleys Philly Steaks at Westfield North County is the best place to eat in the food court.

I am sorry but Charley's is not my go to place in San Diego for a cheesesteak, it's not even in my top five.  The sandwich is to small, and the roll is not an Amoroso roll.  The only redeeming thing to get here are the fries, which they do well and are their best product.
