It was my girlfriends birthday so we decided to give your restaurant a try after pretty much patronizing all the other steak houses in Tampa. To be honest we were very underwhelmed with the whole experience! I order my steak medium well with a strip of pink & my girlfriend ordered broccoli steamed well with her entree. The broccoli comes and it’s hard so they send it back to be steamed longer. I cut into my steak & it’s well done so i send my steak back as well. 20 minutes or so goes by before our broccoli and my steak arrives. By this time she has finished her entree and the Mac & Cheese was finished so she didn’t eat any of the broccoli and i ate some with my steaks. They apologized but when spending over $150 for a couple an apology is not enough! Ive had better service for less.

We had a great experience! Desiree was an excellent and knowledgeable server. She recommended our wine & portobello mushroom appetizer (best appetizer my boyfriend and I have had in a year). We also had the Alaskan crab & porterhouse steak. The crab was really salty in one claw but the rest were good. The porterhouse with truffle butter was phenomenal & definitely worth coming back for.

Amazing place. It is a little pricey, but it is worth every penny. They make you feel like your the President of the USA. Food taste like heaven. The service is the best. Stop reading my review and go to this place lol. It is a experience not just a place to eat. I wish I could give more stars.

This was the best steak place I have ever eaten at. For the life of me, I wish I could remember my servers name, because he was so knowledgeable about every cut of meat they serve. It was a great way to spend my 31st birthday and I will definitely bring going back.

Went there for my mother's birthday. Although reservations were made for 5, they sardine-squeezed us into a table for 4 and would not relent. All around us there were groups of 4 sitting at tables for 6, but Charlie's arrogant and uppity staff would not relent. The food was average, the place was loud, the service was so-so, and the price was was too high for what was being offered. I was really disappointed. Ruined my mom's birthday. I know Charley's fancies itself as something special, but it is very run of the mill. Nothing like the high-end steakhouse that their prices would suggest.
