Me and my son love to eat at Charleys in Mid Rivers Mall every time we go there! The sandwiches taste so good! It is the only place we will stop to eat in the food court. Recently my son dressed up as Pikachu at Slackers in the mall. Totally topped off our day by taking a break at Charleys! It was extra good this time! My son likes their loaded cheese fries so I joined him. Yum! Service is quick and the staff is always friendly.

My wife and I met another couple here for lunch we have four kids between us. Our waitress, though kind, was very slow and at times unprofessional and inappropriate. She took out drink order, and then disappeared for 15 minutes. When she returned she said: “sorry I had to pee so bad! I didn’t want to be doing the pee dance while taking your order”. It was very hit and miss service wise and difficult to communicate with her. We attempted to waive her down several times but she would just keep walking. We waited probably 45 min for our food. It took us 2.5 hours total to be seated and eat. We left 10 min after we were done eating. The food was 5-10 as far as quality. We used to love it here. Bummer.
Decent food and a good value if you watch for coupons as you can get BOGO deals, plus fries which is the deal I got last time.

There is something so delicious about a fresh hot sandwich and fresh ingredients. It's a hidden treasure in the mall.
Nothing better than the Chicken California!! Prices are a little high, but the delicious food makes it worth it. Friendly, helpful staff. There’s always a long line when I visit, but once you order, it usually goes quickly. I miss the days of free samples being handed out in the food court. Maybe one day we’ll see those return!
