Great Food , Shoutout to the cook staff and cashiers that have to deal with the attitude of the one adding the vegetables to our food . Should put her back there and see how “easy it is” . The one who grabbed an attitude at the cook for messing up a sub . No need to grab the sub and shoot it in the trash . We are humans .
Long wait but it wasn’t to bad staff were friendly and smiling my only gripe was it was so cold in there!! I’m Assuming no heat or it wasn’t working food was hot and delicious!!! I’m so happy they opened one up in my neighborhood I was so tired of driving to Beachwood Place welcome Kid-friendliness: Nice kid menu Parking: Had no trouble finding a parking spot
Ok so I'm at Charley's Philly Steaks in beachwood mall and my husband orders a chicken philly. He hasn't had one in awhile so I was surprised at the appearance. It was like shaved chicken. It looked like imitation chicken breast. This company has to do better. If your prices inflate then your quality should be the same. I would like to see Real strips of chicken breast.
Left a line of customers waiting. Opened at 12pm, was making sandwiches for each other. When other custodian to ask if they were open, someone finally told they were closed due not being able to access cash register. I waited 20 minutes before anyone said anything. Professionalism at its finest.
Only problem is when the cashier can’t speak proper or improper English. But when an English speaking Cashier is on duty, think her name was Terry S something, perfect business. Love the customer service when English is understood, Thank you Terry,, Very respectable!!
Working in this mall, I would go to this location to share business. But after the way the girl behind the counter let someone cut me in line while I had been waiting awhile already, I won’t be returning. Blatantly let a woman cut me and my wife off while we waited patiently line, with more people behind us. I only have a 30 minute window, so to have someone push their way in and the cashier to let it happen is appalling. When you are at the register, it is your job to tell people there are others waiting in line. Not choke up and let it happen. You just lost a lot of business from myself as well as my team, because I will be letting everyone know not to support a place that doesn’t do their job and keep people from cutting in lines. We learned in kindergarten that is not right, and for a worker to let it happen to another employee of this mall is outrageous.
Quality of the food and customer service is very poor. In addition, my son ordered a sandwich. The whole time while his sandwich was being prepared, the employee held a conversation with someone over the glass barrier no mask. I thought it was that person's sandwich but it was my son's. The staff there is rude. Who wants food you talked all over?
Grabbed lunch with my buddy, he used his debit card and the total came out to $21, before the cashier helped herself to a $17 dollar tip. There's no manager to report to. So now he has to wait 5 days for his money, that was stolen. The cashier on shift needs fired.
My brother had his cc info stolen at this location after being told they needed to swipe it for him... Won't be eating here again
I love the steaks, very flavor full and savory, how ever their cheese is subpar, it's anything but cheese it's weak, liquid texture not a fan of the fries either but if I had the natural nacho cheese flavoring then we'll I'd be happy with it over all. All in all it is a good place the service is nice and I enjoy the food for the most part.
