I got to say, this place that I went to was very good. The staff were so friendly and nice and the cheese steak that I ordered was so delicious. I cannot stop thinking about how good they make this Cheese Steak Sandwich. If any people who work nearby, go to this place for your lunch break and order a sandwich. It is quite cheap and the sandwich is delicious so give it a try. I hoped that I got a chance to go back to try the cheese steak and I did earlier today by having a large cheese steak with cheese fries and it was so good . I cannot think of a delicious cheese steak than this place where they serve the best cheese steaks there since it is nice and juicy. You guys are the best!

Would have given more stars if the manager wasn't such a jerk. Other than that the food is good. Especially the fries, hot and crispy. I've been here more than once and I get better service when the Asian guy isn't in.

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, which clearly states mushroom in the ingredients. The sandwich had barely any mushroom literally 3 tiny pieces, so I complained to seamless just to get a not so pleasant phone call from the owner, telling me next time to ask for extra mushroom, and that he didn’t care if I ever ordered food from his place again. Well how about remove mushroom from the ingredients. If I wanted a mostly onion, lettuce and cheese sandwich I would’ve ordered just that. You can see the 3 mushroom SLICES in the picture I uploaded. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the rest of the food was ok, and I usually don’t like to harm small businesses.

Mind blown! Needed lunch for my team and one of my guys mentioned Charleys. Ordered via ubereats and the food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. Well done, Charleys! As another reviewer mentioned, the loaded fries remain crispy and hot even with so many toppings. I’ve never heard of this chain before but if you’re craving a cheesesteak, look no further. Honorable mention for their watermelon strawberry lemonade. Sheesh! So good!

Great steaks and fries were working across the street but that’s one spot me and my crew go in to eat. Clean and friendly staff. Keep up the good work

Never going back.  I was a customer for 3 years. If the owner is working he will skimp on everything but the price $$$.  My continued support was rewarded with a nasty attitude from an owner in a foul mood, who insulted me then refused to refund my untouched $20 order.  Most delicatessens and pizza joints can do a better steak for a better price.  Don’t burn your customers and expect business to go up.

Clean and neat place. The junior sandwich is a little small. It needs more meat in it as well. The taste is good but insufficient for a full meal. You would need to get the regular for it to be a meal. Price is a little high but not the worse. It has shared seating with the other restaurants in the mall. Plenty of parking but it will cat you.
