Service is pretty standard. Not that friendly and all business.  Came around 3pm so it was pretty slow, and not very many people around. The price is very reasonable especially for downtown. Can't really find too many cheesesteak sandwich shops downtown, so it kind of stands alone. I will go again as the sandwich is delicious.Food: 4/5

Solid, high quality food, affordable.  I can't fault them with my main beef:. I just prefer the Philly cheesesteak style much better melted white American incorporated into the beef with hot&sweet peppers.  This was provolone with tomatoes, pickles, mustard etc and was too much like a sandwich for me.  Also the green bell peppers were just raw green bell peppers which isn't my favorite thing I thought maybe they'd be hot/sweet but nah  Again the food quality was great here, service friendly, venue clean.  Note: there were no wings on the menu when I was there in early Feb

That was my first time eating a cheese steak!  Super glad I chose Charley's! I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with additional jalapeños and a lot of hot sauce.  If I didn't rush consuming it I probably would have enjoyed it even more.  Super fresh, made to order.  Top form guys!Food: 5/5
