Whoever did this should be fired. I ordered from DoorDash and was given a raw cookie. Am I supposed to bake it myself? I don’t see that on the menu. I’ve never in my life seen something like this. Edit: Customer Service got back to me and resolved the issue. So the customer service is very good at least. Rating changed from 1 to 5.
Do not go to this location to honor your rewards in the app because they do not know about it. And when you try to explain it to them, they get upset and treat you nasty. So please tell me why even have a reward program if certain locations don’t know about it
Never again I’m ever going to order from them again. I always order their food in person and they always make my sandwich right infront of me but the first time I order their food in doordash. They sent this. This was supppose to be an Chicken California sandwich but it was basically only dry chicken SKIN with dry cheese with lettuce and tomatoes. I paid 12 for this!?!?! You can honestly tell this sandwich was made a while ago and they just give it to the next customer that order it. Tried calling them multiple times to make a complaint but their number doesn’t work. Don’t buy their food in doordash or Uber eats because they might send you the same old order.
Beware thry will rob u for ur money here . U will ask for a small which they never have and put u for a large almost 20 dollars for a sandwich ridiculous they never have special of day so thry rather a customer leave than cut a bread in half
Good food, horrible service. The staff needs training, they don't acknowledge customers untill they feel like it, because they just keep talking and don't accomplish anything untill they decide you waited enough or put up with the rude stare without a "Good afternoon welcome to Charlie's" that you would expect or have to do your self at your job when they come in. Train the staff!!!! Clearly you've been hearing the same thing from customers for the last 4 years as you can see in these comments and you have not fixed this problem it's very sad because I bet you would have a lot more money if you would take care of your restaurant and you are losing out by hiring the staff that does not care for your money you're losing on your investment.
Ordered a door dash delivery. Didn't get the cheese fries, barely got any fries and no one would pick up to speak about it. Yet you want to charge me 20 dollars? Ridiculous
The girl Liurmila Calderon working there has headphones on and got our order wrong and it was cold cause she didn’t call out our number. We were sitting in front of the place. A kind a customer told us our food was ready otherwise who knows how long until she was done with her headphones…She was so focus on her headphones and not her job. Shame on her.

This review is all the way back from december but it was such a horrible experience i have to bring it up. I order and the mf take my order and giving food was moodier than satan and gave everyone and their mother the biggest stank face known to all mighty christ. i wait about 30 minutes for my food just standing there while my friend waited for me eating…. i finally say soemtjing and it turns out they forgot to make my food as i waited that entire time infront of them. i then get my food w a little bit of attitude on the side from the worker. i go and sit and omg the fries were uncooked and soggy and like disgusting and the bacon on top wasn’t even edible i almost died eating it. I hope by now u have hired new employees and new food 0/10
Don't waste your money. Food is awful. In my sandwich there was a stalk of lettuce that was yellow and covered in dirt. Girl who attended me seems to hate life.
