Don't let the outside fool you the steak is slamming. Not the place is for your looking for ambience. Just serious steak business. I went a few weeks ago with a friend and almost walked walk out with a dive bar setting and two regulars just watching TV I wasn't even sure if the place was open, So happy I didn't leave and will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is delightful and comfortable.  Therapy food was delicious as always.

First visit and I'm very impressed! Steaks were perfect and decor was very authentic and not staged. Service was super and we will definitely be back. This place is a diamond in the rough.

Charlie Blood's is a remnant of what was once a common type of restaurant/bar in the area.  Family owned for generations, Charlie Blood's is a neighborhood staple with quite a history.  The inside is very rustic, with old and authentic antiques covering the walls and ceiling.  Walking from the bar to the dining area, you go straight through the kitchen - and always get greeted by whomever's working the kitchen that night.

The food is italian style pasta dishes, with a specialty in STEAKS.

My dad has been going to Charlie Bloods his entire life, and is very good friends with Sal, the owner.  He's been taking me since I was a kid, and now I take friends and family there as well.

Garfield is a treasure trove of local mom-and-pop restaurants, and Charlie Blood's is the crown jewel.
