Charlie is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. His prices are reasonable considering how thorough his work is. He always keeps his appointment times.  Whenever I take my vehicle to the dealership, they always recommend a dozen unnecessary repairs and claim it is critical. Charlie on the other hand gives you a realistic idea of what repairs are actually necessary and gives you a ballpark idea of how long before it becomes critical.  You will be hard-pressed to find a competent mechanic in the Clearwater area for these prices.

I've been going to Charlie for a few years now with two different cars and it's been a pleasant experience every time. I've dealt with many mechanics that will recommend unnecessary repairs but Charlie lays it all out straight, what you need to fix, what you should fix, etc. The rates are very reasonable and the whole crew friendly. I very much recommend Charlie's Car Care.

I had to have my truck towed in to Charlies. They worked overtime to get it fixed instead of making me wait until the next day. Very Professional People . Would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. They get it done right the 1st Time.

Excellent service at a fair price.  Most importantly, Charlie and his staff are HONEST: They tell you exactly what work is required to resolve your vehicle issues (or prevent them) and when such work should ideally be done.  They go the extra mile to complete repairs the same day you drop the car off and clearly prioritize customer service.  Can't think of another shop in the Tampa Bay area I would go to.
