I don't get my clothes dry cleaned often because I don't own that many pieces that require it; however, twice, I have taken my clothes here and they have returned my clothes in the same stained condition.  The first time not even acknowledging that they didn't get the stain out.  I had to return the item for them to properly remove the stain. This last time, I specifically sought them out for a same day emergency cleaning to get a stain out and they returned my piece in the same condition. If a customer points out a stain for same-day service, I don't understand why it would not be of utmost priority to get the stain out. I asked for a refund l, as justified, and they obliged. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, who already had a very rude, condescending and unprofessional tone with me. Honestly, The man saw a young black female and assumed me to be ignorant, and that I didn't understand a thing. I will not be returning here... And I will tell all of my peers to avoid this place.  I understand that the process, in the constraints given, may not have resulted in the stain coming out, but I do not appreciate being treated poorly as a customer. The supervisor needs to be talked to and, until then, they do not deserve your business.

99% of the time I have to rate my experience with 5 stars.  However, I was not aware  that the coupons on the back of the kroger coupons do not state that the coupon must be presented upon drop off and the assistant did not honor my coupon.  I researched and found, coupons in the mail and online state that coupons must be presented during drop off.  On top of that the assistant was not willing to discuss this inconsistency with me!!! Please connect with Kroger and make the appropriate changes for consistency or remove coupons from the back of Kroger receipts.  This will help avoid another awkward situation.

Horrible rude customer service m lost my clothes and took 20 minutes to figure out how to find the dry cleaning I dropped off.
