Had my hot water tank replaced a few years ago & noticed the water was not remaining hot after a bit in the shower. Called for maintenance and RYAN came to look at my tank. RYAN was wonderful. He listened to my problem, took the time to look at my tank, explained the situation and left offering any future help should the issue re-occur. Someone like RYAN makes me want to recommend Charlie Swain. Thank you RYAN!
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! Ryan has been to my house twice now for different things. He was very professional and actually saved me allot of money by just simply being honest!!! VERY hard to find contractors like this!!!! I HIGHLY recommend him. I am in the roofing business and we refer them ALL the time!!!! Kudos to RYan and the office staff at Chairlie swain!!! You all are awesome!!!!!
They came out to assess our property and determine if a gas line could be run from our gas dryer to a gas stove our electric stove broke and we were interested in switching to gas. They came out and assessed the property and then never followed up. I have called them probably 5-10 times since they initially came out weeks ago. Someone always answers the phone and then promptly transfers me to a number where I am unable to leave a voicemail mailbox is full. No one followed up, returned any of my phone calls, or did their job whatsoever. Clearly they don't know how to run a business if they can't even call a customer back with an initial quote. Don't use them if you actually want work done in a timely, professional manner.
The plumber that came to the house was nice but to pay $100 for nothing to be fixed nor rectified is kinda a joke. Wish there was better compensation when most establishments know it’s difficult enough solving a plumbing issue. Probably wouldn’t recommend this group again.ServicesFaucet repair
What a great company! We noticed our old hot water heater sitting in a shallow pool of water and a neighbor recommended I call Swain Plumbing. It turns out that when these tanks leak a bit, they are about to leak a lot. The wonderful lady I spoke with, Mary Beth, took all my information and had a technician, Ryan, over to our place in 30 minutes to drain the tank. Ryan, also a very personable and skilled tradesman, came over the next morning, removed the shot tank, cleaned up the standing water, and installed a new heater for us, all in just over an hour. I can't say enough about how Swain "saved the day" for us and the great service they provided.
Had a leaking toilet and called Charlie Swain Plumbing. Sam came and fixed it and was professional, polite and courteous.
Worked with this plumbing company on a job in west palm plumber shows up drunk after lunch they over charge and make up any and all excuses not to do job plumber sits in truck on most days try to charge you for his mistakes has yet to carry off there trash they never have tools they need to complete work wish there was no stars setting will never recommend them to anyone save yourself the trouble and use another company
Very personable young man. Sam explained all that was done. Dug some soil, and went under my mobile home trying to find the problem.
Top notch plumbers. Very able, professional, and personable.
