I am leaving the three stars because the reviews got me excited to apply today. I just moved to Charlotte and seeking a great place to work locally.

BEWARE:  It appears the majority of 5 star reviews are from employees, as if they were directed by management to artificially inflate the scores.  
This is a MAJOR RED FLAG!!  
More research is needed, but this approach does not speak well of your facility.

I think this Rehab center is the best in this area.The staff members here are so nice , friendly and always professional.I would recommend Charlotte Health & Rehab to anyone that is in need of great care and rehab services. They are awesome😊

No only do they care about their patience but they also care about their family.  They are always willing to make the stay comfortable and feel like home. The staff is really amazing.

The staff is great.  I enjoyed doing my therapy here.  I can walk again and I don’t have pain anymore.
