I'm actually a HUGE fan of Charlotte Russe's clothing. It's got really great clothes for great prices. 

So I'm used to going to CR up in Indianapolis and made a little trip to the one in Bloomington. I've been to CR in Los Angeles and NYC. You'd think that those are at higher risk for bad customer service, but the little city of Bloomington takes the cake.

I walk in with a drink. There are 7+ salesgirls grouped in the center area, gossiping.

I approach the center area, where the registers are located, and I ask if I can throw away my drink. It takes me a full minute to get the attention of anybody.

The manager sweeps up as I am discussing throwing away my drink with the salesgirl whose attention I finally caught. She informs me that the trashcans can't handle liquids (understandable) and tells me to " go throw it away at the trashcan right outside." She points me out the door.  "Ok? OK." She turns away and starts to talk to the salesgirls. 

There are currently no trashcans right outside. In fact, the nearest trashcan was more than 50 steps away in the opposite direction of where she directed me. I figured, by the time that I found that trashcan, that I could be "ok" and get clothing somewhere else in Bloomington. She had pointed me out the door after all.
