So I had originally gave this place 4 stars because they got me in quick and I thought they did a good job. They killed my curls I have had to grow and cut my hair ever since. I had forgot to come back and change my review after my curls didn’t bounce back

Loved everything about the place. The people are kind and fun and make u feel comfortable.  Jamie did a great job. Definitly going back!!

Went to go get a cut and color. After she was done with the foils she just tossed them on my head.  When she put me under the dryer my foils kept falling off the top my head she didn’t come to fix it just let me deal with it on my own. She was to worried about talking to coworkers.   My cut came out nice but when I got home I realized there were some blond, copper color and orange color in my hair. I paid a lot for my hair to be done. When I checked to see if I could get something done about this I was told that she could fix it for and additional 50 dollars. I figured if I’m gonna pay to get it fixed I’ll go where someone knows what they are doing. So disappointed in this place. I didn’t want to rate this place low and was hoping to be satisfied with it, and I’ll be honest when I left I wasn’t mad because it didn’t seem as bad as it was. I have friends telling me that my hair looks really bad. So embarrassing to walk around like this😭. Hope if you go there you will be taken care of and get what you want or at least close to what you want. I wish there was a way to post a picture to show the results.

The salon is beautiful and clean. Kassie is a sweet girl and does an amazing job on my hair. I go to Cozy for my brow waxing and she takes her time to get them just right.
