The lady working at Charm City Cakes is one of the friendliest people I meet on vacation.  My cupcake was fresh and the butter cream was perfect.  The cake in a jar was deliciously perfect.  Wish I could have gone back for more.

So excited to welcome Charm City Cakes to our Harbor East Neighborhood!! Just had the most amazing cupcakes, served by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love supporting my local business owners, and this is a true Baltimore Gem. Welcome Duff and crew 🎂. And if you ever need the best physical therapy in town, Elite Physical Therapy, we are right across the street. Cake decorators elbow? We know all about that! We will work for treats 😉.

Visited last week with a friend who was visiting from out of town. We both got different flavored cupcakes and I got 3 cookies. Both cupcakes were stale and the cookies were nothing spectacular. Mrs. Fields cookies are much better. Very disappointed. I don't think this place will stay open long. Not much selection either. Is the original location better?

I've wanted to try a cake from the Charm City bakery since I was a little girl. I was really excited to find this bakery near the inner harbor. It was suprisingly cheap but I was extremely disappointed in my cupcake, it was stale and really dry.
