I've been working with Charmaine for the last five years (since moving to Baltimore) and she has been incredible, as has her staff! They are always available, always resolve what ever question or situation I'm in that I need help with. They go above and beyond each time and on top of it, they remember me and always make me feel that instead of being a client of State Farm, I have my own personal insurance agent. I know this review may come across not genuine because I'm raving about them so much, but I read another bad review and just can't believe how the person could have had an experience less than wonderful with Charmaine and her team.
