1st day. Wed. We went thinking we would get our taxes done that day. ONLY to find out they were done by some guy whose "work" had to be checked. The guy told us they would be done and checked that night by his boss. Day 2 called. They didn't get done the previous night... waiting waiting. Day 3 Friday went and signed paper charged us $125 for simple form. E-Filed with direct deposit. waiting waiting.. Day 6 Tuesday called them. NOW they tell us they still have NOT been filed as they are waiting for a tax number from somewhere??? I do NOT know what you people are doing but WE ARE NOT HAPPY!!! We should have kept our appointment with OUR Tax guy but we thought we could get them done faster thru these people. BOY we were so wrong!!! and our guy does them for $75... feeling screwed!!!

We have been going to Charter accounting for a few years now after switching yearly for a few years.  The team here is extremely helpful, nice, and honest.  We plan to continue to use Charter Accounting services for the long haul!
