Am new to this place (as of May 2014) and go 2-3 times per week; mostly mornings but have done the afternoon as well. The Trainers are very busy. I see them with a client all the time but, if you ask them they will offer some workout tips. Mornings are loud because there is a camaraderie among the guys that draws attention but creates a welcome atmosphere. I've tried nearly every machine and constantly work out with the weights. Members are slack about returning items where they belong but I have seen Trainers going through putting things back in order. To me this is a fun place and a helpful place. The price is reasonable because it doesn't have frills like a pool or sauna a track or daycare. If you want to get your run on, your spin on, circuit through the machines or master the free weights in a good atmosphere where you can be alone or with others, this is the place to be.

I think this is a quality place to workout and very fulfilling. I recommend it to anyone who wants to exercise.

This gym is were I return every day it is amazing there is all the things I need to be big and puffed

This gym used to be nice when the other personal trainer (Mike) worked there but the white guy and manager RYAN (maybe 25 years old) with the wild hair, 6'1-ish in height is not very friendly with people of color. He's kind of racist and don't take into people of color at all. He always display an unfriendly smirk on his face when talking to a person of color. In addition he always have people of color (blacks or Hispanics) cleaning up the place hardly ever any of the white guys.  However, there are a few nice staff people working there but overall its drab.

Why have a training room when the trainers never go "in there" to train?!" It's already small and to have to watch where you walk because the trainers have 
people running around the gym is ignorant! Stuff also stays broken too long.
