Was early for my 2:45 appointment, and immediate went back to an exam room. The assistant was very kind and professional. However, after she left I waited for over half an hour for the PA to come to the room. He never showed. I wasted money on a babysitter and a big portion of my afternoon in that office when I have a ton of other things  going on.

Good luck if you aren't a fluoride family and not getting a 15-minute lecture about it. The  female dentist was rude and overbearing and made you feel awful as a parent if your kid had a cavity! On the plus side the receptionist was great and the facility was really nice.

I've been going here for years. It's the best clinic on the Palouse.
