Went there to change the last name on my accounts with legal proof (social and Drivers License). I thought it would make since for them to send me new Debit cards with my current name. Ive been waiting for 2 weeks only to find out no request for new cards have been made.

The security guard turned out to be a gang member and mugged me. Lost all my money and wallet.

I have a lot of patience and had nothing to do but this bank was not welcoming at all. I've gone to other banks and they greet you smiling and make you feel comfortable. However waiting after putting my name on the sheet for 30 minutes no one even attempted to show any type of concern and that's absolutely fine, many other banks with so much better service

I usually don't like leaving reviews unless some one has royally pissed me off. I just want to say thank you Karen for taking care of my request to get my direct deposit form. I was last minute but she took care of me :) thanks and I look forward to visiting this branch more often

I love the location but i gave it s 4 becuase lines are alwaysong but the atm inside dispense ones love it
