This is the Best Chase Bank that I have experienced, they are Fast and Courteous the employees are well informed and professional, consistently going above and beyond to help me with all my banking needs from forgetting to complete my deposit slip, to helping me re-order lost ATM cards, to opening a Business Account. Most impressive was my experience with the Bank Manager she will remedy "any" problem or concern that you are having.. she has for me on several occasions which was such a relief! its so nice to have a group of people who collectively make your day go easier

Drunk clown robbed the bank. I am now broke from the mugging in Compton as well.

excellent people of the mighty dollar. only to be rivaled by the cheeseburger of mcdonalds. both are heartbreakers and also deal makers.

First I would like to state, I love to write wonderful reviews about places, customer service, and whomever I have dealt with at certain estabishments. I personally bank at Union Bank and for that I am grateful. Chase Bank is right down the street..I really do not like to drive and it would of been perfect. However, their tellers, their customer service reps are rude and act as though you are putting them out asking a question... To top it off. After standin line for quarters, I just wanted to buy a role..I am told we do not do that of you are not a member of this bank...I do not know about you..I find it crazy.. YOU DECIDE...its not the bank I want handling my money...
