Dont go to this chase branch the customer service sucks. The banker was rude and not that intelligent about my transfer of bonds and accounts for my deceased father's account....went to other branch on Frederick, it took him 30 minutes and 1 phone call done....its funny I'm also a chase account holder.....

I had an uncomfortable experience with a teller being rude. I assume she was already not having a good day and felt she needed to be irritated with her next customer which was me. I had to ignore her passive aggressive attitude that she gave me and make a complaint after leaving. Every branch operates differently. This one branches policy seems to be if they run a little short staffed, pass the blame onto the customer. I've never had to prepare a slip before nor did I see anyone else doing so. The other bank I use only has computer tellers therefore no need for slips and, My home Chase branch is just nicer and there customer's are perhaps spoiled as the deposit and withdrawal slip area is kind of obsolete. I do see why they have several low marks. I believe, and I may be wrong that the customer services is low because they ok each others behavior. So you can't fix what you don't think is broken. When you are feeling stressed it is not the right time to pass the buck and single out a customer. Migrane and the stress of the week did not help with my experience. I know everyone can't be thoughtful and polite all the time. I hope Bertha has a much better day then I experienced today.

Every time I visit this location, there is usually a long wait .... 10-20 mins with only 5 people in line all because they have 1 maybe 2 tellers working. They are usually very slow with completing transactions, either that or every time I visit, the customers who are ahead of me always have 5-7 min long transactions. I once asked a teller to provide me my statement balance on my credit card so I was able to pay my last statement balance NOT my outstanding balance and she looked at me like a deer in headlights. She had no clue what I was talking about and kept on giving me my outstanding balance. (On this day, I was in line for approx 14 mins, 2 tellers working and only 3 people that were ahead of me.) She then told me I had to sign in to speak with a banker to get that information. Are you kidding me, sign in to wait another 30 mins or more for information that other tellers in other Chase branches can give me in 10 secs? It's been clear to me that these tellers are not very well trained in how to handle simple tasks. 3.29.17 - I went in to make a cash deposit into my account with a pre-printed deposit slip and the teller that helped me DID NOT deposit the funds into my account so I am now having to deal with this non-sense. I called 3.30.17, spoke with the manager Laurie, to make her aware of the situation. I told her what happened. She acknowledge the teller was out of balance the same amount of my deposit yesterday so I asked her how long it was going to take to rectify and she kept saying she doesn't know because no other person could take care of calling the back office besides the teller who helped me. That is complete BS! Again, this is an easy process to rectify in there customer relationship system. I know this for a FACT! I asked Laurie several other questions and she was sounding annoyed like it was my fault her teller made this mistake. As the manager for this branch, she should be taking initiative to make this right not leave it on the teller to take care of. She can coach her teller after about the issue and what steps she had to take to solve the problem but she should have taken this on and give me some solace that it was going to get done today because as of right now, I don't feel confident in their ability to perform.

This bank was involved with Check Fraud, they cashed a fraudulent check from my account for $9360 without any ID the only endorsement on the back of the check was a signature, and has been giving Bank of America the run around for almost 6 months claiming I have not provided enough proof the check was fake. Either this was an inside job at the bank or your money could possibly be safe if their employees are so stupid.

This bank had no wait at all. I walked up to the teller and she was very well trained. The manager has trained her associates very well. I am now switching from Towngate location to this location. Great job Chase. Keep it up.
