The website said approx 10 min wait. VERY optimistic!!  I'm standing in line ..at least 15 minutes now and only 2 people have been waited on so far ahead of me. And I only have 4 more in front of me to go.  2 tellers.  But of course 5 other employees are here also but "unavailable " to help. Now 4 more customers in back of me also. Oops.. 1 left.

Ive been here often as of late and it's always a good  visit.  The staff is great.

Awful experience!  Long wait, cold, impersonal service. Whole transaction took over half an hour. You are greeted by a hostess which just seems weird you can't just go to a teller.
Had to close an account. I prefer banking at Credit Unions. Great customer service, fast and friendly service.
