Super nice folks but with only 1 location in all of Ascension it's always so crowded if you dare go you must park next door at the chicken shack if you call them they are never available (one location how could they be) so they refer you to an 800 # that is a complete joke. After dialing the "help line" provided and  entering the same info 8 times I finally get a live person so I explain what I need for my customer and she states I have the wrong department (at the phone number they asked me to call) she then transfers me to another department that "can help" after entering the same info 4 more times I get a live per person who to my surprise also can't help but does tell me she's sorry.

VERY BUSY location with miniscule parking lot.  Being conditioned to use the ATM inside for transactions is infuriating.  We wouldn't come inside if we didn't want a live teller!  The 3 or 4 people I've spoken to inside have all been very helpful and polite but I did find the lack of professional attire last Friday appalling for a financial institution.  All in all, they met my needs but the casual word pronted tshirts and sweatshirts were off-putting.

Quite possibly the slowest service I've ever received at a bank. Makes me want to either change banks or blow my brains out.

I love Chase Bank but they need another location or at least a larger building for the volume of people they service in a day. This location has been busy for years !

Worderfull group of people!  From the branch manager Mr Nathaniel to the folks behind the counter, this group focuses on going above and beyond to take care of the customer.  They have helped me through a difficult time and I will miss them when we leave.
