I just called up and got Trisha on the phone. I needed some information on how to do an international transfer and she gave me the details immediately, was very courteous and professional. WOW - a human answered the phone and gave me immediate service and told me to have a great day! I think I will!

I have been a Chase customer since they were Washington Mutual and they were horrible so when it changed to Chase I was debating if I would stay with them and I did but yesterday  and yesterday I got the worse customer service I have ever experienced with Chase! There was a black woman with a short salt and pepper bob that worked on 1/25/17 around 3:30 pm  with the WORST attitude the WORST customer service and absolutely NO professionalism! I will never return to this location and I suggest you find another Chase to go to as well . Not only was she unprofessional so were her coworkers they talked about my banking businesses in front of other customers as they took care of other customers and it was very embarrassing! Never have I ever meet a group of more unprofessional bankers! CHASE NEEDA TO DO BETTER! I WONT BE BACK!

Good afternoon,
First let me start by saying, I’ve been a Chase customer for a long time. On Saturday, December 24, 2016 I visited the chase bank on 4081 Stone Mountain Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047, to open my 15 year old a high school account. I arrived at 12:50pm thinking the bank closed at 2:00pm. Was greeted by a gentleman working in the customer service area (New accounts, etc.) I told him I had an account and wanted to open my daughter a high school account. The gentleman refused to help me, even after I pleading for him to help me open my daughter’s account for Christmas. He said they closed at 1:00pm and that was going to take 20 minutes and everyone was ready to go home. I told him, but there is still customers here, and he replied I was getting ready to lock the doors. I made the mistake of not getting the gentleman’s name because I a fumed out of there extremely upset. I told him I would close my account by Monday. His expression was, “WHATEVER”. After visiting another Chase Bank (Briarcliff) and treated so well I decided not too. I’ve been a Chase Customer for years and never been treated so horribly. I will get the gentleman’s name if I have too, but I also plan to report this incident to the regional office.
