Don't go to this Bank at 11:30 a.m. unless you got a day to wait in line for the one teller I had an appointment at 12 noon and I got there at all 1131 and I left there at 11:33 because there were 8 people in line and I couldn't see any way of getting out of there and getting to my appointment on time. These people must think they're Walmart. When I go to Walmart I expect that they got it all figured out. But Chase Bank they must think they're smart to give bad customer service like this. Now I'm done with my noon appointment . Now I got all day to wait so I can go there it's right across the street it's inconvenient because then I'll have to do another Michigan U-turn but oh well I'm not going to be throwing out the baby with the bathwater or cutting off my nose to spite my face I just wanted to make a comment on the horrible customer service and I'll be telling the bank manager the same thing won't mean a thing it'll go in one ear and out the other I don't care. I'm only one person but I can be a force for change I've done it before and I'll do it again.

Marsale was wonderful I knew what I wanted coming in and that's what I got he also made a few good suggestions will do business with this branch

Tellers are probably the least helpful of any branch in Metro Detroit, branch is consistently overcrowded and understaffed.

Andrew Radzevich must have family and trust issues he doesn't even have his own wife on his account. I for one never had problems here. following company policies is not an indication of rudeness.
