From the second you walk in the door, you are welcomed. This is a full service but very personal bank. They also love veterans and offer special programs us.

Employees always friendly, but since the installation of the self service kiosks, there’s only 1 teller and the line and wait is usually long. I complained when they were first installed and was told “no, were actually hiring more people!” I wasn’t sold on it then, and not sold on it now.

Guess the only people who review are those that have issues. I have used this branch for at least 5 years and have always seen customers treated with great professionalism and friendliness. They have always had a great group of employees and if they weren't friendly with you it speaks more about you than them.
