Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and competent business banking advisors. Excellent mobile App and Website - and the e-ATMs in the lobby are such a huge time savings. I am very happy that I changed my banking (business AND personal) over from Suntrust and USAA.

59.99 is now going to collections. I'll never pay it because of the simple fact I was lied to by a woman in your building. There is NO "YOU MUST HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD" available. I was lied to Immediately WHEN I open the account about the app for the phone. I had asked if they had the same identical options as USAA and the woman said yes she then told me to download the app while I sit there in the chair so I did. When I downloaded the app and it had nothing but the bank account information available she then goes to tell me that it would take a couple days for my options to pop up of course I believed her SMH. That wasn't that big of a deal I figured I would continue using it even though it didn't have the options I needed because it was just a gas card. Now to find out that the woman also set up the wrong account options my car was broken into and I have to pay overdraft fees because I didn't have account protection? I have numerous bank accounts and specifically set there with her and she broke down my options every single bank account I have has account protection she chose not to select that because I would never not ask for that. I've heard a bunch of bad things about Chase but never thought that any of them made sense they always seemed to outlandish but now seeing this it most definitely is very true at least in this building. My account is closed and although it's only $59 I'm tired of banks like you making mistakes and we have to pay for him. And conclusion stay away from Chase they lie and they set up accounts completely wrong. The woman who set my account up was an older blonde woman.

I deposit money in the ATM it was something wrong with it don't print my receipt I check my account online and don't show my deposit I make a claim they never fix it or nothing so basically the bank rob me for 700 I'm so disappointed. Never coming back

I don't have a single complaint or concern about this place, great environment, staff, and equipment. Like a typical bank they get busy around 1ish so come early if you need deeper help with an advisor.
