Yesterday, 8/14/17 at about 2:30pm I went to this branch to withdraw cash that I needed right away. At first, I was being served by Kevin who was polite and great and then there was another gentleman who decided that he would serve me instead. I didn't notice his name but I remember how he looked.
Anyways, instead of serving me right away, he sat there trying to tell me that there's a red flag since I was pulling out a large amount of cash. He sat there asking me a bunch of questions and made me feel 😣 and unwelcomed. He even asked me why I need the money for, which obviously is non of his business, in my opinion. He went on to tell me that he understands that other branches cashed me out BUT he didn't want to process my withdraw as fast and smooth as the other branches - since he felt that; I'm unworthy or something!!?! 
I would suggest one of two options for this branch, either send the gentleman to a class where he can learn some considerate customer service or might as well dismiss him if he can't understand why people work hard and earn their money and withdraw some when they need it.
I called the bank twice to convey my disappointment and no one answered both times.
Most likely I will try another bank and see how that goes.
I totally do not appreciate his demeanor as a stiff/wacky banker.
Since I didn't focus on catching his name, the best way to describe him is that he had more facial hair than Kevin and is larger in size. I would never forget how he looks.

Best Chase branch that I have ever been to. Very friendly, helpful and obviously experienced staff. Thank you for making a tough situation so bearable!!

Fast, friendly service. Would be nice if the teller focused on one customer at a time, instead of switching between walk in and drive up people.

I've banked with Chase for 23 years. The only problem I've ever had at this location is having to wait quite a while to see a banker. However, that's life. I like Chase Bank very much.
