Love this bank! I've been banking with Chase for a long time and have had great customer service always. Never had a problem with the staff. Even over the phone, customer service has always been excellent. Very rarily have I ever had trouble with the ATM. Great service all the way around!

I have been a customer of chase Bank for over eight years and i must say the service has been great!, moreover, at the local branch were I do most of my banking the staff is filled with wonderful helpful people, although, throughout the years i have encountered some problems but we always manage to correct them. I worked with a lady named Shamin. She provided horrible customer service and was rude. With a nasty attitude like she has, not sure how she has a job where respectful and helpful attitude is required (unless that is the Chase standard, which I doubt because other employees seem to be great at what they do).  Just because of her, I would recommend not dealing with this particular branch.

The branch manager at this branch helped us to set up our accounts. We recently chose to open new accounts as a married couple and had a lot of options. When we went to chase we were greeted with friendliness and they have been nothing short of fantastic since we joined. Love this bank and love this branch!

BOTH ATMS ARE OUT OF SERVICE. THATS BULLSHIT CHASE. YALL HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO FIX THEM.
